全英文授课MBBS留学生临床实习满意度的调查研究——以昆明医科大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调查MBBS留学生在华实习的现状,分析其临床实习的问题与障碍,探讨相应的解决方法与提高实习质量的相关举措。方法:以两届在我校附属医院实习的MBBS留学生为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查和访谈。分析MBBS实习生实习前知识与技能的自我评价以及在实习过程中对各教学环节的达成度和对整个实习环节的满意度。结果:通过研究发现,实习中语言沟通困难是最大的障碍,老师的带教质量、实践机会和实习管理等方面也对MBBS学生的实习质量产生影响。结论:适当推进英汉双语教学,加快临床科室留学生师资队伍建设,完善和规范临床教学管理,为可行的保障实习质量的途径。 Objective:To investigate the status quo of MBBS international students'practice in China,analyze the problems and obstacles of MBBS clinical practice,and explore the corresponding solutions and measures to improve the quality of practice.Methods:two MBBS interns in Affiliated Hospital of our university were investigated by questionnaire and interview.This paper analyzes the self-evaluation of knowledge and skills of MBBS interns before their internship,the degree of achievement of each teaching link and the satisfaction of the whole internship link during the internship process.Results:through the research,it is found that language communication difficulty is the biggest obstacle in practice,and teachers'teaching quality,practice opportunities and practice management also have an impact on MBBS students'practice quality.Conclusion:it is a feasible way to ensure the quality of practice to promote the bilingual teaching,to speed up the construction of the teaching staff of international students in clinical departments,and to improve and standardize the clinical teaching management.
