摘要
该文以汽车运用与维修专业为例,通过“三段进阶”现代学徒制的实施,以校企合作的“5个共同”为基础,经过三年的探索与实践,在人才培养、课程建设、师资培养等方面取得了一定的成绩,也发现了一些不足,并指明了今后努力的方向。
This paper takes the automobile application and maintenance major as an example,through the implementation of"three advanced stages"modern apprenticeship system,based on the"five commonalities"of school enterprise cooperation,after three years of exploration and practice,it has made some achievements in personnel training,curriculum construction,teacher training and other aspects,also found some deficiencies,and pointed out the direction of future efforts.
