互联网环境下城乡教师协作教研方式的探究

Research on Collaborative Teaching and Research Methods of Urban and Rural Teachers under the Internet Environment

文章在丽水市全面推进基础教育质量提升的大背景下,在区域线上教研方式的探究与实践项目的驱动下,实践总结提出两种简单易行的区域线上教研方式。为城乡教师进行线上交流、平等探讨的活动搭建平台和环境,实现城乡教师实时开展教研互动,平等获取教育资源的目的,解决传统教研中教研活动组织难,教研主题设计差,教研活动效果差等问题。探索基于互联网环境下的城乡教师教研方式,拓宽城乡教师开展教研活动的途径,促进城乡学校间资源共享,实现城乡教育的均衡发展。

Under the background of promoting the quality of basic education in Lishui City,driven by the exploration of regional online teaching and research methods and practical projects,this paper puts forward two simple and feasible regional online teaching and research methods.To build a platform and environment for the online communication and equal discussion activities of urban and rural teachers,to realize the real-time interaction between urban and rural teachers and equal access to educational resources,and to solve the problems such as difficult organization of teaching and research activities in traditional teaching and research,poor design of teaching and research themes,and poor effect of teaching and research activities.We should explore the teaching and research methods of urban and rural teachers based on the Internet environment,broaden the ways for urban and rural teachers to carry out teaching and research activities,promote the resource sharing between urban and rural schools,and achieve the balanced development of urban and rural education.
