摘要
工匠型专业师资是军民融合背景下职业院校发展的核心要素,并在一定程度上影响着军民融合背景下高等职业院校未来的发展趋势。文章针对军民融合背景下职业院校工匠型专业师资培养中所存在的问题进行分析,分析其培养过程中的影响因素,并提出建立健全制度保障、完善培养机制等有针对性的对策与建议,从而提高职业院校在军民融合下工匠型专业师资的培养效果。
Artisan-type professional teachers are the core elements of the development of vocational colleges under the background of military-civilian integration,and to a certain extent affect the future development trend of higher vocational colleges under the background of military-civilian integration.The article analyzes the problems existing in the training of artisan-type professional teachers in vocational colleges under the background of military-civilian integration,analyzes the influencing factors in the training process,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions such as establishing a sound system guarantee and improving the training mechanism.In order to improve the training effect of professional teachers under the integration of military and civilian in vocational colleges.
