我国高等院校是人才培养的重要基地,高校发展中,职业咨询工作是高校人才建设和学生就业指导的重要内容分析当前我国高校学生工作,职业咨询仍然处于探索发展时期,包括就业指导课程的开设、学生顶岗实习等内容形式。经济高速发展,社会对人才的需求有了新的变化,当前高校大学生职业咨询工作任重道远,大学职业咨询师资力量在高校建设中发挥着重要的作用,师资队伍的水平决定着职业咨询的开展,影响到高校的深远发展。要提升高校的综合竞争力,必须重视职业咨询师资队伍建设。本文分析了大学职业咨询师资队伍建设的重要性,结合当前发展现状,探讨了高校发展中职业咨询师资队伍建设的措施。

Colleges and universities in China are important bases for personnel training.In the development of colleges and universities,vocational consultation is an important part of the construction of talents and the guidance of students’employment.At present,the work of college students in China is still in the period of exploration and development,including the opening of employment guidance courses,students’on-the-job practice and other content forms.With the rapid development of economy,the demand of the society for talents has changed.At present,the work of college students’vocational consultation has a long way to go.The teachers of college vocational consultation play an important role in the construction of colleges and universities.The level of teachers determines the development of vocational consultation and affects the far-reaching development of colleges and universities.In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of colleges and universities,we must pay attention to the construction of professional consulting teachers.This paper analyzes the importance of the construction of vocational consulting teachers in colleges and universities,and discusses the measures of the construction of vocational consulting teachers in colleges and universities.
