On Ideological and Political Education in Middle School

中学生良好道德品质的形成是一个逐步发展,循序渐进的过程,靠一次道德规范的传习是难以完成的,需要经过对学生道德品行的塑造、反馈、矫正和强化多次反复的过程。当学生有表现好的行为时要及时给予强化并加以肯定,当学生产生表现差的行为时要及时纠正加以重塑。学校日常思想政治教育工作必须常抓不懈,将教育常态化,警钟长鸣,防患于未然,作好预警工作,有助对问题学生及时发现并积极的干预和疏导。

The formation of middle school students’good moral character is a process of gradual development and gradual progress.It is difficult to complete the process by one pass of moral norms.It needs to go through the process of molding,feedback,correction and strengthening students’moral character for many times.When students have good behavior,they should be strengthened and affirmed in time.When students have bad behavior,they should be corrected and reshaped in time.The daily ideological and political education in schools must be carried out unremittingly,the education should be normalized,the alarm bells should be kept ringing,and the early warning work should be done well,which will help to find out the problem students in time and actively intervene and guide them.
