高职英语教学改革实践研究

Research on the English Teaching Reform and Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文针对高职英语教学中教师教学理念更新慢、综合能力有待提高;英语教学内容与学生发展需求不适应;教学评价单一等问题,提出了以提高英语教师的教学、科研、竞赛的综合能力,建设高职学生英语“知识、能力和素养”培养一体化的课程教学资源,和建立有效的“测、评、改”教学评价体系等途径来驱动高职英语教学改革的方案,实践证明本改革方案对提高英语教学质量切实有效,改革成效显著。

In order to solve the problems in the present higher vocational college English teaching,such as the slow updating of teaching theory and concept of teachers,the inadaptability of English teaching contents to students’development needs,and the singleness of teaching evaluation,the strategies of improving the comprehensive ability of teachers in English teaching,the ability of doing scientific research and competition are put forward in this paper.In addition,the integrated teaching resources has been constructed,which consists of the basic English knowledge,practical ability and accomplishment of vocational college students.The reform and practice have been proved to be effective in improving the quality of English teaching,which will propel the process of the higher vocational English teaching reform with remarkable results.
