摘要
近年来,很多高职院校开始尝试翻转课堂等混合教学模式,也出现了很多经典的成功案例。本文以“管理学基础”为例,分析了该门课程教学现状及改革思路,并从混合教学目标体系、混合教学资源平台、混合教学模式体系、混合教学评价体系四个维度构建了基于翻转课堂的混合教学体系框架,以期逐步提高高职课堂教学效果。
In recent years,many vocational colleges have begun to try mixed teaching modes such as flipping classrooms,and many classic success cases have also appeared.This article takes"Basics of Management"as an example,analyzes the current teaching situation and reform ideas of this course,and builds a flip-based classroom from four dimensions:the mixed teaching target system,the mixed teaching resource platform,the mixed teaching model system,and the mixed teaching evaluation system framework of mixed teaching system,with a view to gradually improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching in higher vocational education.
