从刺激到强化:行为主义学习理论在个案工作课程中的运用研究

From Stimulation to Reinforcement:Research on the Application of Behaviorism Learning Theory in Case Work Course

2019年10月9日,教育部办公厅等七部门发布《关于教育支持社会服务产业发展提高紧缺人才培养培训质量的意见》(以下简称“意见”),意见指出要加快培养适应新业态、新模式需要的复合型创新人才。本文结合行为主义学习理论,以个案工作课程为例,采用多元的教学方法,将传统的课堂教学转变成以学生为主体,将课堂变成剧场供学生表演、观察、分享和学习,为学生创设丰富的刺激—反应机会,注重理论掌握和实务技能培养。

On October 9,2019,the general office of the Ministry of education and other seven departments issued the opinions on education supporting the development of social service industry and improving the training quality of talents in short supply(hereinafter referred to as"opinions"),which pointed out that it is necessary to speed up the cultivation of composite innovative talents to meet the needs of new business forms and new models.Based on the behaviorism learning theory,this paper takes the case work course as an example,adopts multiple teaching methods,transforms the traditional classroom teaching into student-centered,turns the classroom into a theater for students to perform,observe,share and learn,creates rich stimulation response opportunities for students,and pays attention to theoretical mastery and practical skills training.
