校友联系班级制度在大学生就业创业课程中的运用初探

校友作为高校的一种特殊资源,作为社会和高校的重要纽带,他们有热情发挥自身优势,但因现实中缺乏一种有效的联系制度和沟通平台,使得校友资源难以最大化利用。通过建立实施校友联系班级制度,探索“微时代”背景下学生喜闻乐见的校友线上教学平台,将制度运用于教学,根据学生个体化差异,实现小班小组就业教育、指导与服务。充分利用校友资源,可发挥学长朋辈帮扶的积极引导作用,探索全方位育人新途径,提高就业创业教育、指导与服务的针对性和时效性。

As a special resource of colleges and universities,alumni,as an important link between society and colleges,have the enthusiasm to play their own advantages.However,due to the lack of an effective contact system and communication platform in reality,it is difficult to maximize the use of alumni resources.Through the establishment and implementation of the alumni contact class system,this paper explores the alumni online teaching platform popular with students under the background of"micro era",applies the system to teaching,and realizes the small class group employment education,guidance and service according to the individual differences of students.Making full use of alumni resources can give full play to the positive guiding role of the help of elders and peers,explore new ways of all-round education,and improve the pertinence and timeliness of employment and entrepreneurship education,guidance and service.
