摘要
随着社会的不断进步,企业对人才的严谨、耐心、专业和专注提出了更高要求。然而,目前高校教学存在学生专业技能掌握差、教师对学生关注度低、教学方式单一等问题,致使大学生职业认同感较低。高校教学活动急需以工匠精神为核心,本文基于相关理论,剖析了工匠精神培育与当代大学生职业认同之间的关系,并提出培育工匠精神、提升大学生职业认同的对策,以期促使高校人才培养符合当前社会和经济发展的需要。
With the continuous progress of society,enterprises put forward higher requirements for the preciseness,patience,professionalism and focus of talents.However,at present,there are some problems in college teaching,such as the poor mastery of students’professional skills,the low attention of teachers to students,and the single teaching method,which lead to the low professional identity of college students.Based on the relevant theories,this paper analyzes the relationship between the cultivation of craftsman spirit and the professional identity of contemporary college students,and puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate craftsman spirit and enhance the professional identity of college students,in order to promote the cultivation of college talents to meet the needs of the current social and economic development.
