双创视域下高职学生就业创业能力提升研究

自李克强总理提出“大众创业,万众创新”后,相关课题一直是社会关注的热点,极大激发了人民群众的创新创业激情。在时代大潮中,高职院校毕业生是不容忽视的一个群体。他们年轻,富有冒险精神,思维活跃,还掌握了一些较为专业的技术。如果能够发挥好这些优势,对学生来说是一条实现个人理想与价值的有效途径,对于国家社会的发展也是非常有益的。但现实情况是,部分高职院校并没有做好相关领域的教育工作,造成部分学生空有热情,没有能力,甚至不具备参与进去的胆量。本文即从“双创”的背景和意义、高职学生就业创业现状分析、高职学生就业创业能力提升策略三大方面,对双创视域下的高职学生就业创业能力提升进行研究,供大家参考。

Since Premier Li Keqiang proposed"mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",relevant topics have been the focus of social concern,which greatly stimulated the people’s passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.In the tide of the times,the graduates of higher vocational colleges are a group that can not be ignored.They are young,adventurous,active in thinking and master some professional skills.If we can give full play to these advantages,it is an effective way for students to realize their personal ideals and values,and it is also very useful for the development of national society.But the reality is that some higher vocational colleges do not do a good job in the related fields of education,resulting in some students have enthusiasm,no ability,even no courage to participate in.In this paper,from the background and significance of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the analysis of the current situation of employment and entrepreneurship of higher vocational students,and the strategies to improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational students,we study the improvement of employment and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational students from the perspective of mass entrepreneurship and innovation for your reference.
