摘要
由于高职院校留学生来华学习以技能性知识学习为主,来华学习的目的性强,学习动机的影响贯穿于高职院校留学生招生、教育、管理全过程。故从动机角度,利用已有来华学习动机研究的成果,对高职留学生的招生、教育、管理进行有目的性的设计,从学习动机角度出发进行有的放矢的招生,按需教学,并根据动机不同,制定管理条例,将有助于提高高职院校留学生培养质量,实现高职院校来华留学教育事业建设水平的内涵式提升。
As the international students of higher vocational colleges come to China to study with technical knowledge,the purpose of studying in China is strong,and the influence of learning motivation runs through the entire process of recruiting,educating,and managing international students in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,from the perspective of motivation,using the results of existing study motivation studies in China,the purposeful design of enrollment,education,and management of higher vocational international students,from the perspective of learning motivation,targeted recruitment,teaching on demand,and according to motivation Differently,the formulation of management regulations will help improve the quality of foreign students in higher vocational colleges and achieve a connotative increase in the level of construction of higher education institutions in China.
