自贸区(港)背景下海南外资企业对英语人才期望研究

Reaearchon the Expectations of Foreign-invested Enterprises in Hainan for English Talents in the Context of Free Trade Zone( Port)

海南自由贸易区(港)的建设给海南带来了良好发展机遇的同时,也让发展中的海南面临巨大的挑战。面对国际自由贸易区(港)所带来的全新挑战,海南外资企业正逐步实现向"外向型、具有国际化运作能力的企业"转型。在此背景下,海南外资企业对具有国际化视野的英语人才需求日益增加。然而,目前高校的英语人才培养方向与海南外资企业的实际人才需求未能形成良好的对接。海南外资企业究竟对英语人才有何种期待,仍有待进一步探索。鉴于此,本课题采用问卷调查法,以海南省部分外资企业为观测对象,拟获取外资企业对英语人才的实际需求,并就企业反馈进行归类与分析,试图探寻自由贸易区(港)建设背景下海南外资企业对英语人才的真实期望,以期为高校以外资企业需求为导向的英语人才培养提供一定的参考。

The construction of Hainan Free Trade Zone( Port) has brought good opportunities for Hainan’s development,at the same time,it has also made Hainan meet great challenges. Faced with the new challenges brought by the International Free Trade Zone( Port),Hainan foreign-invested enterprises are gradually realizing the transformation to"export-oriented enterprises with international operation capabilities". In this context,Hainan foreign-invested enterprises have an increasingly demand of English talents who with an international perspective. However,at present,the orientation of English talents cultivation in universities has not been well docked with the actual talent demand of foreign-invested enterprises in Hainan. What expectations Hainan foreign-invested enterprises have for English talents still need to be further explored. In view of this,this subject adopts the method of questionnaire survey,taking some foreign-invested enterprises in Hainan Province as the observation object,intending to obtain the actual needs of foreign-invested enterprises for English talents,classifying and analyzing the feedback from enterprises,in order to explore the real expectations of foreign-invested enterprises in Hainan for English talents under the background of the construction of Free Trade Zone( Port),thus provides some references for the training of English talents oriented by the needs of foreign-invested enterprises in colleges.
