茵陈蒿汤合五苓散加减方对正常小鼠肝组织内细胞因子IL-6、IL-18表达的影响

The Influence of Transformation Prescription of Yinchenhao Decoction and Wuling Powder on Cytokines IL-6,IL-18in Liver Tissue of Normal Mice

目的:研究茵陈蒿汤合五苓散加减方对正常小鼠肝组织内细胞因子的影响。方法:将正常小鼠随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组使用茵陈蒿汤合五苓散汤剂灌胃,1mL/只,4h/次,2次/d,对照组不采取任何处理,于每天实验组第2次灌胃4h后,颈椎脱臼处死实验组和对照组小鼠各1只,采集肝脏,甲醛固定,制作石蜡切片,免疫组化检测实验组和对照组肝组织内细胞因子IL-6、IL-18的表达。结果:IL-6在对照组小鼠肝组织各静脉血管管壁都有阳性染色,IL-18在对照组小鼠肝组织内部大部分区域都有细胞呈阳性染色,而实验组小鼠IL-6、IL-18在肝组织的表达减少,并随着灌胃时间的推移,第1天至第6天有减少的趋势。结论:茵陈蒿汤合五苓散能调节正常小鼠肝组织内细胞因子IL-6、IL-18的表达。

Objective:To research the effects of Yinchenhao Decoction and Wuling Powder on cytokines in liver tissue of normal mice.Methods:Normal mice were randomLy divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group was given Yinchenhao Decoction and Wuling Powder 1mL every 4hours by gavage,twice a day.The control group did not take any measures.Four hours after the last gavage every day,two mice that one was taken from the experimental group and one was taken from the control group respectively were killed by dislocation of cervical vertebra.And then,the liver was taken out to place it in paraformaldehyde for fixation,then the liver histosections were made.After that,the cytokines IL-6and IL-18in the liver histosections of the experimental group and the control group were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:In the control group,IL-6was showed positive staining in every hepatic vein wall of the liver tissues,and lL-18was showed positive staining in most areas of the hepatic cells of the liver tissues,while In the experimental group,the expression of IL-6and IL-18in the liver tissues was decreased day by day from the first day to the sixth day of gavage.Conclusion:Yinchenhao Decoction and Wuling Powder can regulate the expression of cytokines IL-6and IL-18in liver tissue of normal mice.
