蒙药材苏布尔干其其格的本草考证

Textual Research on Mongolian Medicine Subuerganqiqige

目的:很多药材,在历代蒙、藏医古籍文献中均有记载,但因传承有异等因素,现出现了同名异物、同物异名的情况。为正本清源,根据有关蒙、藏、中医文献资料,对蒙药苏布尔干其其格进行本草考证。方法:①对比研究:翻阅古今蒙、藏、中医药文献及相关论文,进行对比研究;②总结研究:研读以上收集到的材料,进行总结研究,使之逐步正本清源,名实相符,服务临床。结果:经本草考证,历代蒙医所用苏布尔干其其格的原植物为龙胆科植物乌奴龙胆Gentiana urnula H.Smith的干燥全草。而菊科植物款冬Tussilago farfara L.的干燥花,景天科植物瓦松Orostachys fimbriatus(Turcz.)Berger,钝叶瓦松Orostachys malacophyllus(Pall.)Fisch.的干燥全草,Orostachys spinosus(L.)C.A.Mey.黄花瓦松等并非正品。结论:该研究对临床上正确使用苏布尔干其其格有指导意义。

Objective:Many medicinal materials have been recorded in the ancient books of Mongolian and Tibetan medicine in the past dynasties.However,due to the different inheritance and other factors,there are now cases of foreign bodies with the same name and different things with different names.Based on the literature of Mongolian,Tibetan and traditional Chinese medicine,this paper makes a textual research on the pattern of Subuerganqiqige.Methods:①Comparative study:read the ancient and modern Mongolian,Tibetan and traditional Chinese medicine literature and related papers for comparative study;②Summary research:study the materials collected above and carry out summary research so as to make them gradually authentic,consistent with the name and reality,and serve the clinic.Results:According to the textual research of this herb,the original plant of Subuerganqiqige used in Mongolian medicine in the past dynasties is Gentiana urnula H.Smith's dried whole herb.Conclusion:This study is instructive for the correct use of Subuerganqiqige in clinic.
