摘要
目的:建立沉香中白木香酸含量的超高效液相色谱-质谱联用测定方法,为沉香药材的品种鉴定和质量控制提供依据。方法:以Agilient Zorbax C18(100mm×3.0mm,1.8μm)为色谱柱,乙腈(B)-0.1%甲酸水溶液(A)为流动相,梯度洗脱条件,0~6min,40%B;6~6.5min,40%~90%B;6.5~10min,90%B。流速:0.35mL·min^-1;柱温:30℃;进样量:2μL。结果:44批正品沉香样品中可检出白木香酸,含量平均值为0.21%,3批伪品未检出白木香酸,22批劣质品有7批未检出白木香酸,其余15批含量平均值为0.09%。结论:该检验方法专属性强,可用于沉香药材的品种鉴定和质量评价。
Objective:To establish the UPLC-Q-TOF method for the determination of agarwood and to provide the basis for its scientific identification and quality control.Methods:The column is Agilient Zorbax C18(100mm 3.0mm,1.8μm);mobile phase:acetonitrile(B)-0.1%formic acid aqueous solution(A),gradient elution conditions,0~6min,40%B;6~6.5min,40%B^90%B;6.5~10min,90%B.Flow rate:0.35mL·min-1;column temperature:30℃;injection volume:2μL.Results:The Agaropiric Acid was detected in 44batches of genuine agarwood samples,the average content was 0.21%,3batches of counterfeit products were not detected with the Agaropiric Acid,and 22batches of inferior products were not detected in 7batches of the Agaropiric Acid,and the remaining 15batches were the average is 0.09%.Conclusion:The method is specific and can reflect the authenticity of Agarwood varieties comprehensively.It provides a scientific basis for the identification and quality evaluation of Agarwood.
