半夏白术天麻汤对后循环缺血性眩晕炎症因子表达水平的影响

Effect of IL-6、TNF-a and hs-CRP in Patients with Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo by Banxiabaizhutianmatang

目的:评估半夏白术天麻汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的效果。方法:选取97例后循环缺血性眩晕患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组,对照组48例给予倍他司汀注射液治疗,治疗组49例给予半夏白术天麻汤联合倍他司汀注射液治疗,比较两组患者治疗前及治疗第12天临床疗效、IL-6、TNF-a、hs-CRP水平变化。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后治疗组患者血清IL-6、TNF-a、hs-CRP下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗第12天治疗组患者血清IL-6、TNF-a、hs-CRP水平更低(P<0.05);治疗组患者的总有效率为87.76%,高于对照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕患者有效,可能通过降低IL-6、TNF-a、hs-CRP水平来改善眩晕。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of circulatory ischemic vertigo.Methods:97patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into two groups.48patients in the control group were treated with betahistine injection and 49patients in the treatment group were treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and betahistine injection.The clinical effects,IL-6,TNF-a and hs CRP levels of the two groups were compared before and on the 12th day of treatment.Results:Compared with that before treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-a and hs CRP in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the levels of IL-6,TNF-a and hs CRP in the treatment group were lower on the 12th day of treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.76%,higher than that of the control group(77.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)(P<0.05)。Conclusion:Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction is effective in the treatment of post circulation ischemic vertigo,which may be improved by reducing the levels of IL-6,TNF-a and hs CRP.
