摘要
胃癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤,具有初期不易发现、致死率高等特点。当前中医药治疗胃癌,具备多方面、多角度、多靶点的优点,是胃癌综合治疗中的重要组成部分。中医治疗胃癌往往遵循扶正祛邪的原则,分期论治,攻守相辅,在临床有良好的疗效。对近年来中医药治疗胃癌的临床实践及文献研究进行了综述。
Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor characterized by its early stage and high fatality rate.Currently,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important part of the comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer because of its multi-faceted,multi-angle and multi-target advantages.The treatment of gastric cancer by traditional Chinese medicine often follows the principle of promoting health and dispelling evil,treating by stages,attacking and defending each other,and has good clinical effect.This paper reviews the clinical practice and research of TCM in the treatment of gastric cancer in recent years.
