长沙市绿色居住建筑雨水收集利用效益分析

摘要 近年来,长沙市由于水域污染问题出现了水质型缺水的情况,所以急需人们采取各种手段来节约水资源。天然水资源的短缺导致人们越来越倾向于利用一些非传统水源,所以雨水作为一种重要的非传统水源已经越来越受到人们的关注。本文首先简单地介绍我国现行的《绿色建筑评价标准》来阐明节水在绿色建筑评估中的重要意义,然后对长沙市近10年的降雨量进行初步分析,并对雨水收集利用的社会、生态和经济效益做一个说明,最后结合一个具体的绿色住宅小区项目来计算其经济收益并对未来绿色住宅小区的雨水收集利用的发展做出了展望。 In recent years,Changsha is short of water because of water pollution,so it is urgent for people to take various measures to save water resources.Due to the shortage of natural water resources,people are increasingly inclined to use some non-traditional water sources.Therefore,rainwater,as an important non-traditional water source,has attracted more and more attention.This paper first briefly introduces the current "green building evaluation standards" in China to clarify the importance of water conservation in green building evaluation.Then I made a preliminary analysis of the rainfall of Changsha city in recent ten years,and explained the social,ecological and economic benefits of rainwater collection and utilization.Finally,I calculated the economic benefits of a specific green residential community project and made a prospect for the future development of rainwater collection and utilization in green residential communities.
