基于海绵城市理念下雨水径流调控模式初探——以中新天津生态城零能耗岛屿为例

Based on the Sponge City Concept of Rainwater Runoff Adjusting and Controling Patterns Research--A Case Study of the ZED Ecological Island in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city

政府致力于将中新天津生态城建设成为经济蓬勃、社会和谐、环境友好、资源节约的城市。零能耗岛作为生态城实现城市升级和创新的先导区,对于探索生态城未来发展有着示范性作用。本文以零能耗岛屿为研究实例,结合"海绵城市"理念,通过运用径流控制、雨水收集利用、低影响开发等技术手段,因地制宜,合理规划,探索生态城水系统规划的发展与示范。

The government is committed to developing Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city as an economic boom,Social harmony,environmentally friendly,resource saving district.As the Forerunner Area of upgrade and Innovation,ZED Ecological Island plays an exemplary role in the future development of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city.Taking the ZED Ecological Island for example,based on the Sponge City Concept,this paper studies on adjusting measures to local conditions and making reasonable planning,by using runoff control、rainwater collection and utilization and low impact development,to provide reference of the water system planning in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city.
