地铁建设对地下商圈步行环境的影响探究——以福州市万宝地下商圈为例

Research on the Influence of Subway Construction on the Pedestrian Environment of Underground Business District--Take Wanbao Underground Business District of Fuzhou as an Example

城市集约化、一体化的发展使得地铁与城市生活紧密联系,在地铁建设给商圈带来新面貌、新价值、新机会的背景下,本文以福州市万宝地下商圈为例,探究地铁的开通为商圈带来的机遇,并通过分析影响地下商圈步行环境的各个因素,对福州市万宝地下商圈的不足与未来发展方向进行了研究与探讨。结合现状提出了完善地下标识导向系统、提高地铁与各类换乘系统的衔接、强化站点与商圈过渡空间等发展策略,以期为相似的地下商圈规划提供部分参考。

The intensive and integrated development of the city makes the subway and urban life closely linked.Under the background that the construction of the subway brings new appearance,new value and new opportunities to the business circle,this article uses the Fuzhou Wanbao underground business area as an example to explore the subway The opportunities brought by the opening of the business district,and by analyzing the various factors affecting the pedestrian environment of the underground business district,the deficiencies and future development directions of the underground commercial district of Fuzhou Wanbao were researched and discussed.According to the current situation,development strategies such as improving the underground sign guidance system,improving the connection between the subway and various transfer systems,and strengthening the transition space between stations and business districts are proposed.With a view to providing some reference for similar underground business district planning.
