摘要
装配式建筑的发展变革了建筑产业的传统生产方式,凭借其工业化生产和现场安装施工的方式,打破了建筑行业的发展瓶颈,这有利于提高劳动生产率并确保高质量。装配式建筑具有许多优点,但在设计、生产和施工上有很高的要求。与传统的现浇混凝土建筑相比,设计要求更加精细准确,预制构件要求精确的加工图纸,现场施工需要妥善的规划。在这种情况下,将BIM技术引入装配式建筑的设计和施工已成为自然而必然的选择。本文介绍BIM技术及其优点,并通过实际工程案例阐述其在装配式建筑关键阶段的应用。
The development of prefabri-cated building has changed the old production mode of construction industry.Its industrial production and site installation construction break the current development bottleneck of the construction industry,which is conductive to improve labor productivity and ensure the high quality of the housing industry.Although prefabricated buildings have many advantages,they also have high requirement in design,production and construction.Compared with traditional cast-in-place concrete buildings,the design requirements are more elaborate,precast components require accurate processing drawings,and site construction requires proper planning.Under such circumstances,it has become a natural and inevitable choice to introduce BIM technology into the design and construction of prefabricated buildings.This paper first introduces BIM technology and its advantages,and then illustrates its application in the key stage of prefa-bricated building through practical engineering cases.
