摘要
为配合上海市发展建设,进一步扩大上海租赁住房市场,缓解城市青年人才、白领群体的住房问题,依照现有相关政策,将自持物业改造为长租公寓。该项目的改造是大宁集团打造宁家(Ning+)品牌的重要标本之一。本文以宁家公寓为例从项目简介、空间设计原则、设计管理流程、设计资源管理等方面阐述和研究长租公寓的设计与管理。
In order to cooperate with the development and construction of Shanghai,further expand the Shanghai rental housing market,alleviate the housing problem of urban young talents and white-collar workers,and transform self-owned properties into long-term rental apartments in accordance with existing relevant policies.The transformation of this project is one of the important specimens of the Daning Group to build the Ning + brand.This article takes Ningjia Apartment as an example to elaborate and study the design and management of long-term rental apartments from the aspects of project introduction,space design principles,design management processes,and design resource management.
