摘要 本文探讨肠道菌群在新型冠状病毒感染救治中的意义。新型冠状病毒感染时存在胃肠系统改变,其肺部病变可与肠道菌群相关联,肠道菌群与新型冠状病毒感染病情的性别差异相关,可参与多器官衰竭。肠道菌群改变已成为新型冠状病毒感染的重要病理生理机制;临床上给予微生态制剂,调整肠道菌群,维持人体微生态平衡,可降低新型冠状病毒对肺脏的损伤,有助于控制危重症患者病情进展。认识肠道菌群失衡现象,可指导新型冠状病毒感染的早期预防及临床治疗。 This article discusses the novel coronavirus infection and intestinal flora.The main points include the novel coronavirus infection has gastrointestinal system changes,its lung lesions can be associated with intestinal flora,intestinal flora can also participate in the occurrence of multiple organ failure,and adjusting intestinal flora can help to prevent and control novel coronavirus infection.The intestinal flora is an important pathophysiological mechanism in novel coronavirus infection.The clinical application of microecological agents to adjust intestinal flora and maintain the balance of human microecology can reduce lung damage caused by viruses and other pathogens,and help to control the progress of patients with critical illness.Understanding the imbalance of intestinal flora in the novel coronavirus infection is instructive for early prevention and treatment.
