COVID-19多器官损伤特点及机制研究进展

Research progress on the characteristics and mechanism of multi-organ injury in COVID-19

新型冠状病毒肺炎患者存在不同程度器官功能损伤,重型和危重型患者可发生多器官功能障碍综合征,病死率高。因此,预防新冠肺炎患者由普通型向重型转变至关重要。目前新冠肺炎导致多器官损伤的特点及病理生理机制还未完全明确,为了提高对新冠肺炎脏器功能保护措施的认识,指导临床救治方案的制定,本文从新冠肺炎对各个脏器产生的影响及可能的发病机制进行综述。

COVID-19patients have different degrees of organ function injury,severe and critical patients can develop multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,and the fatality rate is high.Therefore,it is very important to prevent the transformation of COVID-19patients from ordinary type to severe type.At present,the characteristics and pathophysiological mechanism of multiple organ injury caused by COVID-19are not clear.In order to improve the understanding of COVID-19's organ function protection measures and guide the formulation of clinical treatment plan,this paper summarizes COVID-19's influence on various organs and its possible pathogenesis.
