摘要
胶质瘤是人体最常见的中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤,由于其具有快速增殖、浸润性生长、易于复发等恶性的生物学行为特点,导致胶质瘤预后差、致死率高。糖代谢包括氧化磷酸化和糖酵解,而胶质瘤细胞仅依靠氧化磷酸化产能并不能满足肿瘤细胞快速生长的需求,因而胶质瘤细胞的能量来源高度依赖于有氧糖酵解。有氧糖酵解不仅参与了胶质瘤细胞的增殖和凋亡,影响着胶质瘤细胞的迁移侵袭,还对胶质瘤多药耐药有一定的影响。因此,讨论糖代谢与胶质瘤细胞恶性生物学行为关系对于寻求治疗胶质瘤更好的方法有重要的临床意义。
Glioma is the most common malignant tumor of the central nervous system in the human body.Due to its malignant biological behaviors such as rapid proliferation,invasive growth and easy recurrence,glioma has poor prognosis and high mortality.Glucose metabolism includes oxidative phosphorylation and glycolysis,and glioma cells rely solely on oxidative phosphorylation capacity to meet the rapid growth of tumor cells,therefore energy source of glioma cells is highly dependent on aerobic glycolysis.The aerobic glycolysis not only participates in the proliferation and apoptosis of glioma cells,but also affects the migration and invasion of glioma cells,and also has a certain effect on multidrug resistance of glioma.Therefore,discussing the relationship between glucose metabolism and malignant biological behavior of glioma cells has important clinical significance for seeking a better method for treating glioma。
