The relationship ofω-3PUFAs with cardiovascular system disorders

摘要 ω-3脂肪酸(ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,ω-3PUFAs)是一种多不饱和脂肪酸,它的第一个双碳键位于酰基链甲基末端的第三个原子上,因此命名为ω-3。这类脂肪酸的代表有α亚麻酸(ALA)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)。ω-3PUFAs对心血管有保护作用,有提高细胞膜流动性、调节细胞膜离子通道、抑制血小板聚集、下调炎症因子、抗氧化等多种生理功能,临床上对于调节血压、血脂、心律、改善内皮功能和抗心肌纤维化都有重要的作用。本文通过阐述ω-3PUFAs的结构、功能和来源,对其与心血管系统疾病的关系及作用机制进行综述。 ω-3 PUFAs,a polyunsaturated fatty acids whose first double carbon bond is located on the third atom at the methyl end of the acyl chain,is therefore namedω-3.The main members of this family areα-linolenic acid(ALA),eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA).ω-3 PUFAs have protective effects on cardiovascular system,such as improving cell membrane fluidity,regulating cell membrane ion channels,inhibiting platelet aggregation,down-regulating inflammatory factors,and anti-oxidation.ω-3 PUFAs play a role in regulation of blood lipids,heart rhythm,improvement of endothelial function and anti-myocardial fibrosis in the treatment of cardiovascular disease in clinic.This paper focuses on the structure,function,and source ofω-3 PUFAs,and summarizes the effects and regulation mechanism ofω-3 PUFAs.
