频域分析在心房颤动机制研究及消融治疗中的运用
摘要
基于傅里叶变换的频域分析在心房颤动(简称房颤)机制探索及消融治疗中起到重要作用。频域分析能够量化房颤电活动的复杂程度,帮助定位房颤起源、明确发生机制及传导方式。消融后心腔及体表主频下降反应电活动紊乱程度减轻,能够预测消融治疗的近远期结局,而频域分析指导下的主频消融与传统消融手段的比较结果并不统一,其有效性及安全性有待进一步研究。
