摘要
[目的]研究非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者维生素D缺乏与氧化应激之间的相关性。[方法]选取238例NAFLD患者(单纯性脂肪肝156例、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎82例)和80例健康者(对照组)为研究对象。所有受试者检测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、25羟维生素D3(25(OH)D3)、8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。[结果]各组体质指数、FINS、HOMA-IR、8-iso-PGF2α及25(OH)D3比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NAFLD患者中维生素D缺乏者8-iso-PGF2α及HOMA-IR高于维生素D非缺乏者(P<0.05);血清25(OH)D3水平与8-iso-PGF2α、HOMA-IR呈负相关(P<0.05)。[结论]NAFLD患者维生素D缺乏与氧化应激、胰岛素抵抗存在相关性。
[Objective]To investigate the correlation between vitamin D and oxidative stress in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).[Methods]The study enrolled 238 patients with NAFLD(156 cases in simple fatty liver group and 82 cases in non alcoholic steatohepatitis group)and 80 cases in healthy control group.The FPG,FINS,25-hydroxyvitamin D3(25(OH)D3)and 8-iso prostaglandin F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)were measured in all subjects,and insulin resistance index were evaluated with HOMA-IR.[Results]There was significant difference in the levels of BMI,FINS,HOMA-IR,8-iso-PGF2αand 25(OH)D3 among the three groups(P<0.05).The levels of 8-iso-PGF2αand HOMA-IR in the NAFLD patients with vitamin D deficiency were higher than those without vitamin D deficiency(P<0.05).The pearson correlational analysis showed that 25(OH)D3 was negative related to 8-iso-PGF2αand HOMA-IR(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The deficiency of vitamin D is associated with oxidative stress and insulin resistance in patients with NAFLD.
