酸轧线板带机械破鳞工艺参数仿真研究 被引量:1

Simulation Study on Mechanical Descaling of Process Parameters in Acid Rolling Mill

摘要 在现代冷轧板带生产中,带钢表面的氧化铁皮去除干净与否对后续板带表面形貌质量会有重大影响,因此带钢在进入轧机之前,必须通过拉矫机械去除原理及化学原理除掉带钢表面氧化铁皮。拉矫机工艺参数对机械破鳞效果影响重大,对其展开研究有重要的工程价值。本文以冷轧生产现场的某一牌号的带钢作为研究对象,对其表面的氧化铁皮在机械力(拉伸和弯曲)作用下的剥落进行了理论研究,建立了氧化铁皮-基体的仿真模型。通过仿真分析得到在经过拉矫机时,氧化铁皮会有部分脱落,而残留的氧化铁皮也会产生较大尺寸的裂纹,优化拉矫机工艺参数可提高板带表面氧化铁皮层的机械破鳞效率。 In the modern cold-rolled strip production,the removal on the strip surface has a significant influence on the surface morphology and the quality of subsequent strip. Therefore,before the strip enters the rolling mill,the oxide scale on the strip surface must be removed through the chemical removal principle and the mechanical removal principle of tension leveler. The technological parameters of tension leveler have a great influence on the mechanical descaling effect. This paper takes a certain brand of strip steel in the cold-rolled production field as the research object and studies the spalling phenomenon of the oxide scale on its surface under the effect of mechanical force( tensile force and bending force). Finally this paper establishes the simulation model of the oxide scale-substrate. Through the simulation analysis,it is found the oxide scale will partially fall off when passing through the tension leveler and the residual oxide scale produces larger size crack. Finally the descaling efficiency of the oxide scale on the strip surface can be improved by optimizing the technological parameters of the tension leveler.
