摘要
针对部分高速线材飞剪机,在切头切尾以及事故碎断功能切换时,需要进行结构更换,本文介绍了一种新型飞剪机。该飞剪机为单电机驱动的回转式飞剪机。飞剪本体为四轴式双支承硬齿面圆柱传动结构,上下刀架均采用120度布置的三刀体结构,有效地提高了剪切效率;同时为保证精度,便于安装,刀架与剪轴之间采用锥度过盈配合。出口导槽增加摆臂装置,有效地防止了堆钢、卡钢现象。与传统飞剪机相比,该飞剪机集切头,切尾和碎断功能于一体,在轧件高速运行的情况下,可实现大断面高强度剪切。
To address the problem that some high-speed wire flying shears need structural replacement when the functions of cutting head and tail and breaking are switched,a new rotary flying shear is introduced in this paper. This flying shear is a rotary flying shear driven by a single motor. The main body of the flying shear is a four-axis double-supported hard-tooth surface cylindrical transmission structure. The upper and lower blade carriers are all equipped with a 120-degree three-tool body structure,which effectively improves the shear efficiency. At the same time,in order to ensure the accuracy and facilitate installation,taper interference fit is adopted between blade carrier and shaft. The swing arm device is added to the outlet guide groove,which effectively prevents steel stacking and steel jamming. Compared with the traditional 3# flying shears,this flying shear integrates functions of cutting head,cutting tail and breaking. Moreover,this flying shear can achieve high strength shear with large cross section under the condition of high-speed rolling.
