热镀锌机组设备改造

Modification of Equipment in the Hot Dip Galvanizing Unit

针对某厂热镀锌机组改造方案,从工艺及设备方面进行了介绍分析,指出了现机组存在的问题及改造后达到的预期效果,增加了生产热镀锌合金化(galvazinc alloy,GA)镀层的功能。并就新增的主要设备的特点及优越性做了阐述。

In this paper,the modification scheme of hot dip galvanizing unit in a factory is introduced and analyzed from the aspects of technology and equipment,the existing problems of the unit and the expected effect after modification are pointed out,and the function of producing galvazinc alloy(GA) coating is increased.The characteristics and advantages of some new main equipment are described.
