摘要
谣言的传播与话语的形态总是因不同的社会情境而变化。在重大公共危机发生时,谣言的传播形态往往与日常生活世界中的八卦和扯淡完全不同,人们的焦虑和恐慌使谣言治理的诸种手段处于失效状态。而数字平台由于作为一种新媒介技术框架更是把这种焦虑和恐慌转化成形形色色的话语斗争。社会的各种结构性矛盾在网络谣言传播中的展现使话语斗争不断转向观点极化和话语暴力。面对不断被媒介速度和流量建构的话语场,我们需要的是放弃原有的思维定势和行为模式,以开放的心态应对新的话语形态。
The spread of rumors and the form of discourse always change with different social context.When a major public crisis occurs,the spread form of rumor is often completely different from the gossip and bullshit in the daily life world.People’s anxiety and panic make the various means of rumor governance ineffective.Based on the digital platform as a new media technology framework,it has transformed this anxiety and panic into various discourse conflict.The display of various social structural contradictions in the spread of Internet rumors has caused the discourse fight to constantly shift to opinion polarization and discourse violence.Facing the discourse field that is constantly constructed by the speed and flow of media,what we need is to abandon the original mind-set and behavior mode and respond to the new discourse form with an open mind.
