摘要
构建了长江经济带生态经济效率评价指标体系,使用2008-2014年省际面板数据,运用三阶段DEA方法,对长江经济带生态经济效率进行评价,得出结论:长江经济带生态经济效率沿下中上游依次递减;中上游省份基本处在规模效率递增阶段,而下游省份则已经表现出规模报酬递减的迹象;生态经济发展表现出了一定的空间集聚效应。论文提出了相关政策建议:长江下游地区应注重改善经济结构,中游地区着力提高管理水平,上游地区则应更加注重扩大生态经济规模;加强上中下游的经济交流,实现整体规模效益。
This paper constructs the eco-economic efficiency evaluation index system of the Yangtze River Economic Zone,and uses the three-stage DEA method to evaluate the eco-economic efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Zone from 2008 to 2014.The results are as follows:The eco-economic efficiency of the Yangtze River economic zone is decreasing along the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River;The middle and upper reaches of the basic scale are in the scale of the gradual increase in efficiency,while the downstream provinces have shown signs of diminishing returns to scale;The development of eco-economy shows a certain spatial agglomeration effect.Therefore,this paper puts forward policy recommendations:The lower reaches of the Yangtze River should pay attention to improving the economic structure,the middle reaches of the region to improve the management level,the upper reaches of the region should pay more attention to expand the scale of ecological economy;Yangtze River economic belt should strengthen the economic exchanges,to achieve the overall scale.
