摘要 运用熵值法、DEA模型和Malmquist指数模型测算了江西省绿色发展效率以及全要素生产率变化指数,并进行分析。研究结果显示:江西省环境成本总体呈下降趋势,工业发展领先地区的环境成本相对较高,这些城市还存在着粗放型发展,影响经济增长质量;当前江西省绿色发展效率水平偏低,资源配置能力有待提升,尚未充分利用技术和规模效应;南昌、九江、赣州、上饶等地区在绿色发展方面需要提高技术管理创新与规模化发展水平,而鹰潭、抚州、景德镇等地区绿色发展效率较高,基本实现生态与经济的协调发展;江西省全要素生产率逐年提高,其增长率波动下降,技术进步是全要素生产率增长的主要原因,技术利用效率及规模效益贡献不足。 Based on the entropy method,DEA model and Malmquist index model,this paper measured and analyzed the green development efficiency and total factor productivity change index of Jiangxi Province.Conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the overall environmental cost in Jiangxi Province was declining,and the environmental cost in the leading areas of industrial development were relatively high.These cities still had extensive development mode,which affected the quality of economic growth.Secondly,the current green development efficiency of Jiangxi Province was low,the resource allocation ability needed to be improved,and the technology and scale effect had not been fully utilized.Thirdly,Nanchang,Jiujiang,Ganzhou and Shangrao were insufficient in green development,and the technical management innovation and scale development still needed to be improved.Conversely,Yingtan,Fuzhou and Jingdezhen had higher green development efficiency,and basically realize the coordinated development of ecology and economy.Lastly,the total factor productivity of Jiangxi Province had increased year by year,but the growth rate was fluctuating and decreasing,the main reason for productivity growth was technological progress,however,the technology utilization efficiency and the scale efficiency were contributed insufficiently.
