摘要
土地集约利用是衡量全域旅游示范区健康发展的重要指标之一。引入PSR模型构建全域旅游示范区土地集约利用"压力-状态-响应"评价指标体系,对上饶市2008-2017年土地集约利用水平及演变状况进行定量评价研究,运用系统协调度函数计算PSR系统协调度指数,分析土地集约利用的压力、状态以及政府的响应政策情况并提出建议。研究结果表明:(1)上饶市土地集约利用评价综合值从2008年的0.0293上升到2017年的0.0504,保持平稳上升趋势,土地集约利用情况向良性方向发展;(2)上饶市2008-2017年土地集约利用综合评价分值较低,土地集约利用程度不高,仍属于粗放式用地模式,有待进一步改善;(3)上饶市土地利用集约度与区域旅游业发展水平具有显著的正相关关系,相关系数R=0.940,P<0.01;(4)2008-2017年上饶土地集约利用PSR系统协调度指数偏低,均值为1.599,并呈先升后降的倒"U"型曲线,土地集约利用各子系统之间的协调性欠佳。研究结果能为全域旅游示范区土地集约利用评价研究及规划建设提供参考。
Intensive land use is one of the important indicators to measure the healthy development of comprehensive tourism demonstration areas.Firstly,the PSR model is introduced to construct the"pressure-state-response"evaluation index system and quantitatively evaluate the level and evolution of land intensive use of Shangrao city from 2008 to 2017.Then,using the system coordination function,this paper calculated the coordination index of PSR system and analyzed the pressure and state of land use and the government’s response policy.Finally,some suggestions were put forward.The results show that:(1)the comprehensive evaluation index of intensive land showed an upward trend.It showed that the situation of intensive land use was developed in a positive direction;(2)the comprehensive evaluation score of intensive land use in Shangrao City from 2008 to 2017 was low,and the degree of intensive land use was not high.The land use in Shangrao City was still in rough,which needs further improvement;(3)There is a significant positive correlation between land use intensity and the level of regional tourism development,the correlation coefficient R=0.940,P<0.01;(4)The coordination index of land intensive use PSR system was low from 2008 to 2017,the mean value is 1.599,and it showed an inverted"U"curve,The coordination among the subsystems of land intensive utilization is not good.The research results can provide reference for the evaluation of land intensive use and planning and construction of comprehensive tourism demonstration area.
