当前国际经济和贸易摩擦日益加剧导致了船运市场的深度低迷,在这一背景下国内民营造船行业的产业结构、企业产品和内部管理等问题更加凸显。文章从企业外部配套合作到企业内部生产管理,系统性分析了当前国内民营造船企业面临的严峻形势及自身问题,并从生产成本、科研技术、配套设施产品、企业间合作等方面入手,提出了针对性的对策建议,以期为推动国内中小民营船企转型升级提供借鉴。

The increasing international economic and trade frictions have led to the deep downturn of the shipping market.In this context,the industrial structure,enterprise products and internal management of the domestic private shipbuilding industry are more prominent.This paper systematically analyzes the severe situation and its own problems faced by domestic private shipbuilding enterprises at present from the external supporting cooperation to the internal production management of enterprises,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of production cost,scientific research technology,supporting facilities and products,and cooperation among enterprises,so as to provide reference for promoting the transformation and upgrading of domestic small and medium-sized private shipbuilding enterprises.
