基于区块链的海运业智能合约框架构建与分析

Construction and Analysis of Intelligent Contract Framework of Maritime Industry Based on Blockchain

随着“一带一路”倡议的提出,沿线各国之间的贸易总量将势必上升,国际贸易进入新的历史发展阶段。在国际贸易中占据核心地位的海运业也正存在着运输成本上升、业务处理效率低下、大量文件流转等难题。文章针对这些问题,基于区块链去中心化、透明性、开放性、自治性、信息不可篡改及匿名性等技术优势,构建了一个具有基本框架的智能合约来改进海运业的流程,以降低其成本、提高其业务效率,以技术创新促进国际贸易的更快发展。

With the proposal of the“one belt and one road”initiative,the trade volume among countries along the routes is bound to rise,and international trade has entered a new historical development stage.The shipping industry,which occupies the core position in the international trade,also has some problems,such as the rising transportation cost,the low efficiency of business processing and the circulation of a large number of documents.In this paper,aiming at these problems,based on block chain decentralization,transparency,openness,autonomy,not tamper with the information and anonymity technology advantage,build a basic framework of intelligent contract process,to improve the maritime industry in order to reduce the cost,improve the efficiency of its business,to technological innovation to promote the faster development of international trade.
