Pricing and Coordination of Dual-channel Supply Chain for Cross-border Retailers Facing Uncertain Demand in the Free Trade Zones

摘要 文章建立在以自贸区为背景,在自由贸易区设立零售商保税仓库时,首先将进口货物保税,然后通过网络渠道销售。并考虑线上、线下渠道的需求不确定性,研究了跨境零售商双渠道供应链定价与协调问题。再将跨境零售商双渠道供应链在分散式决策与集中式决策下的各供应链成员与总供应链进行比较,同时利用Stackelberg博弈模型分析其产生的最优定价和期望利润情况,为了使供应链的总期望利润最大化,建立收益共享契约模型,使供应链达到协调。 In this passage,the background is based on a free trade zone,the retailers set up border warehouse within it.Bordered the imports first,then sale it through the network channels,and consider the both online and offline channels of demand uncertainty.Discuss the pricing and coordination of dual-channel for cross-border retailers.Use the Stackelberg game to compare and analyze the optimal pricing and expected profits of each supply chain member and the total supply chain of dual-channel supply chain for cross-border retailers under the decentralized decision and the centralized decision.In order to maximize the total expected profit of the supply chain,build the revenue-sharing contract model practice to coordinate the supply chain.
