摘要 利用力的平移定理,将作用在塔底引出管法兰面上的管道外载荷转化到接管根部,以符合核算局部应力的要求;将安装垂直度超标的塔器重量载荷转化为垂直状态的重量载荷和偏心载荷,在操作工况和水压试验工况下,分别与风载荷、地震载荷组合,计算各危险截面最大弯矩。 Making use of the force translation theorem,transferring the external load which acting on the flange surface of the outlet pipe at the bottom of the tower to the root of the pipe was implemented to meet the requirement of calculating local stress,including converting the gravity load of tower installed with excessive perpendicularity into vertical gravity load and eccentric load.Under operating conditions and hydraulic test conditions,wind load and earthquake load were combined respectively to calculate the maximum bending moment to each dangerous section of the tower.
