精神分裂症患者不同疾病状态下认知功能的比较 被引量:21

Comparison of Cognitive Function of Schizophrenic Patients in the different states of the illness

摘要 目的纵向评估精神分裂症患者复发急性期和临床缓解期认知功能的变化。方法纳入48名非首次发作急性住院的精神分裂症患者,动态监测患者在复发期和缓解期的认知功能,同时和47名正常人的认知功能进行比较。结果精神分裂症患者无论是在复发期还是在缓解期,神经认知分数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),在随访阶段缓解期的认知分数(除视觉广度和注意功能外)显著高于复发阶段(P<0.05)。结论认知缺陷是精神分裂症患者的内在特异性标记,精神症状的缓解有利于认知的改善。 Objective To evaluate the changes of cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia in the acute phase and in clinically stable state. Methods Forty-eight schizophrenic patients with non-first-episode acute hospitalization were enrolled in this study. The cognitive function of the patients in the relapse and remission stages was monitored,and compared with that of 47 normal persons. Result Patients with schizophrenia performed significantly worse in all neurocognitive subtests compared to healthy controls at both relapse and clinically stable state(P<0.05). At followup these cognitive changes improved(except for visual breadth and attention function)(P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive deficits might be permanent among patients with schizophrenia. However,the relief of psychiatric symptoms is conducive to cognitive improvement.
