摘要
校企合作是高职教育中的重要一环,目前高职院校校企合作形式众多,但往往流于形式或难以持续,本文结合高职院校校企合作成功实例,提出高职院校汽车类专业校企合作"四阶段"模式,即设备敏感期、技术敏感期、教学理念敏感期、服务敏感期。为汽车类专业校企合作提供一种可推广的有效形式。
School-enterprise cooperation is an important part of higher vocational education. At present, there are many forms of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, but it is often in the form or difficult to continue. This article combines with the successful examples of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward the "four-stage" model of cooperation between Automobile major schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges, namely equipment sensitivity period, technology sensitivity period, teaching concept sensitivity period and service sensitivity period.It provides a kind of effective form for cooperation between automobile specialized schools and enterprises.
