地方高校机械类专业新工科人才培养模式改革探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of the Reform of the New Engineering Personnel Training Mode of the Mechanical Specialty in the Local Colleges and Universities

新时期经济的飞跃发展对工科人才培养提出了新的要求,需要高等院校主动适应新经济的发展,加强新工科建设,积极探索实施新的人才培养模式。在新工科建设中,地方高校要对区域经济发展和产业转型升级发挥支撑作用。本文以长沙理工大学培养机械类专业新型工程技术人才为例,介绍了"三三四"人才培养模式综合改革方案,对地方高校在新工科背景下实施人才培养模式改革进行了有益的探索。

The rapid development of the economy in the new era puts new demands on the training of engineering talents. It is necessary for universities and colleges to take the initiative to adapt to the development of the new economy, strengthen the construction of new engineering, and actively explore and implement new talent training models.In the construction of new engineering, local universities and colleges should play a supporting role in regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading. Taking the new engineering and technical talents of mechanical engineering in Changsha University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper introduces the comprehensive reform plan of the "three-three-four" training mode, and implements the talent training mode for local college in the context of new engineering. The reform carried out a useful exploration.
