应用型本科院校师德师风建设中存在的问题及对策探析--以河南工学院马克思主义学院为例

On the Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of Teachers’ Morality and Style in Applied Undergraduate Colleges--Take Marxism College of Henan Institute of Technology as an example

应用型本科院校是培养社会人才的重要基地,应用型本科院校的教师是教育的主力军。本文在阐述师德师风建设必要性的基础上,通过分析河南工学院马克思主义学院的教师队伍素质建设中存在的问题,并进行分析梳理,提出了凝练理念、统一思想;建立制度、确保师德师风建设落到实处;创新载体,丰富师德师风建设形式;搭建平台,加强师德师风建设研究等应对策略。为提高高校师德师风建设工作的实效性、针对性,提供一些借鉴。

Application-oriented colleges and universities are important bases for training social talents, and the teachers of Application-oriented Colleges and universities are the main force of education. On the basis of expounding the necessity of the construction of teachers’ morality and style, Through the analysis of the problems existing in the quality construction of the teaching staff in the Marxism College of Henan Institute of Technology, and through the analysis and carding, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as condensing ideas, unifying ideas, establishing systems, ensuring the implementation of the construction of teachers’ ethics, innovating carriers, enriching the construction of teachers’ ethics, building platforms,strengthening the research on the construction of teachers’ ethics. In order to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the construction of teachers’ morality and style in colleges and universities, some references are provided.
