高校辅导员队伍是开展学生思想政治教育工作的有力指导者和组织者,辅导员思想政治素质的高低在很大程度上影响着高校学生思想政治教育工作的运行成效和学生的健康成长。因此如何提高自身的思想政治素质,成为高校辅导员亟待解决的问题。本文在参考以往大量文献的基础上,对高校辅导员思想政治素质的提高途径进行了研究,这对于建设高校辅导员队伍,保证高校正常的教学秩序和学生的健康成长具有一定的现实意义。
