高校教工与研究生党支部共建是发挥导师在研究生党建思政中的作用、提升研究生党支部组织生活质量的重要途径,也是新时代背景下加强研究生党建工作的重要创新。有效的机制是做好研究生党建工作的基础之一,要想高质量地发挥教师党支部在研究生党建工作中的作用,增强教工与研究生党支部联合共建成效,就需要从实践出发,探索建立教工与研究生党支部联合共建的长效机制。
