基于彩虹计分法的高校管理学教学范式改革目标探析

摘要 课程改革是新时代背景下高校明确教育教学目标、提升人才培养质量的重要手段。研究以贵州财经大学管理学课堂教学范式改革为例,从课堂内外教学模式的分析厘清其内容体系,并基于彩虹计分法构建了七维度的战略目标体系,研究结论为管理学课堂教学范式改革提供有益的理论支撑。 Curriculum reform is an important means for universities to clarify the educational and teaching objectives and improve the quality of personnel training in the new era. Taking the reform of management classroom teaching paradigm of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics as an example, this study clarifies its content system from the analysis of teaching models inside and outside the classroom, and constructs a seven-dimensional strategic goal system based on the rainbow scoring method. The research conclusion provides useful theoretical support for the reform of management classroom teaching paradigm.
