摘要
乡村小规模学校是村落文化形态栖身、繁衍的家园,是促进乡村儿童全面发展的基本保障。通过对我省40所乡村小规模学校发展状况进行调查,发现目前我省乡村小规模学校发展面临办学规模萎缩、学生人数减少,学校基础设施薄弱、文体活动开展率不高、副科课程开设不足,优质师资匮乏、教师离职意愿强烈等困境,改善办学条件、明确中心校权责,建设、留存优质教师队伍,追寻基础教育的价值原点、坚持特色办学,加快教育信息化建设、实施数字资源全覆盖是解决乡村小规模学校发展困境的有效途径。
Rural small-scale school is the homeland for village culture form to live and multiply, which is the basic guarantee for promoting the comprehensive development of rural children. Through 40 small rural schools in our province development condition investigation, finding that at present the development of rural small-scale schools in our province is faced with the scale of running school atrophy, the reduction in the number of students, weak infrastructure, poor school conditions, the low rate of recreational activity to carry out, insufficient launched minor subjects, the lack of high-quality teachers, the strong intention of quitting among teachers, etc. It is an effective way to solve the dilemma of the development of small-scale schools in rural areas to improve the conditions of running schools, clarify the rights and responsibilities of central schools, build and retain high-quality teachers, pursue the value origin of basic education, insist on running schools with distinctive features, accelerate the construction of educational informatization and implement the full coverage of digital resources.
