随着时代的发展和进步,高校学生工作者过去的经验对融入及教导学生已经体现出不足,为了学生的全面健康发展,在行动上面做到广泛,富有色彩,与时俱进,能够做到与学生共同成长进步,和学生融洽相处是非常有必要的,具体可以从注重引导作用、正确对待学生的事情、持续的关怀、建立良好的班委团队、适当帮助、适当批评六个方面去完善和促进师生关系。
